Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy can help to provide clarity to take action to live a fuller life. It can help to instill hope and empower healing change for a range of life experiences. I specialize in working with individuals seeking support for anxiety, trauma, grief, interpersonal effectiveness, adjustment to life changes, occupational stress, family and relationship concerns.
Couples Therapy
Powerful feelings such as stress and anxiety can have a deep effect on relationships. Relationships that grow apart often have difficulty repairing or finding their way back to their partners. I specialize in working with couples who wish to increase marital satisfaction, resolve core conflicts, or redefine their relationship. I have experience working with
LGBTQIA+ and
consensual non-monogamous
couples. I tailor my style to meet each couple's needs in therapy.
Group Therapy
Each of us is the sum of our experiences in life. The key is discovering how those experiences interrelate. Group therapy can provide corrective emotional experiences relating to, supporting, and learning to be open to feedback from others. I specialize in acceptance and commitment therapy groups for anxiety, positive change utilizing behavioral activation, and grief support groups.
